Contacting Warcloud
When you submit the consultation form, your name, email address, company, optional business domain, selected service, and message are processed through Vercel and Resend to email Warcloud. We use this information to respond to your inquiry. We do not add you to marketing lists through this form. Messages may be retained in our email system and by our service providers according to their retention policies. Please do not submit passwords or sensitive information. Technical request information may also be processed to protect the form from abuse.
Domain lookup
When you check a domain, Vercel processes the domain and technical request information, and our server queries Google Public DNS for public DNS records, crt.sh for public subdomains, HackerTarget as a fallback public address inventory, and IPinfo for public IP information. We do not send your email or form message to the DNS provider. Lookup results may be temporarily cached. The lookup does not connect to the submitted website, test internal systems, or run vulnerability scans. A lookup does not subscribe you to email or submit a contact inquiry.
Website hosting
This website is hosted on Vercel. The hosting provider may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver and secure the site. This version of the website does not include advertising trackers or analytics scripts.

Security Checkup reports
When you request a PDF, we collect your name, company, email address, and the domain you submit. We query Google Public DNS, crt.sh certificate-history records, HackerTarget as a fallback public address inventory, and IPinfo hosting information using the domain or its public IP addresses. To add a homepage thumbnail, we send only the public domain to Thum.io, which visits the homepage to capture an image. We do not send your name, company, or email to these lookup or screenshot providers. These providers may log their queries. Reports may be incomplete when a provider is unavailable.
Resend processes your email address and delivers the PDF. Warcloud receives a copy of the report request so we can help you understand the findings or follow up about your checkup. Requesting a report does not subscribe you to a newsletter. Contact hello@warcloud.com to request deletion of your request.
No domain-wide breach data is collected by this automated report. A future breach review requires separate domain ownership verification and access to a breach-data provider.
