I started Warcloud to give growing businesses a hands-on partner who takes the time to understand their people, their technology, and where they want to go.
I bring 13+ years of experience across IT support and Cybersecurity, including 8+ years in dedicated Security engineering roles. My background spans customer-facing IT at GoDaddy, enterprise Security engineering at Twilio, and building Figment’s Security program from the ground up.
From email migrations and secure accounts to cloud infrastructure and automation, I turn that experience into practical guidance built around your business.

Can you help a startup build its first IT setup?
Yes. We can help with laptops, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, secure accounts, backups, and employee onboarding. Start with a defined setup project and add ongoing support as your team grows.
Can I book occasional IT help or a monthly block of hours?
Yes. Choose hourly support or a monthly block of 5 or 10 hours for remote and on-site business IT work. We agree on the rate, availability, travel, and unused-hour terms upfront. Hardware, software, and ongoing monitoring or protection are quoted separately.
Can you work alongside our existing IT team or provider?
Yes. We can support your team with a specific project, specialist Security expertise, or additional hands-on help. We agree on responsibilities and access so everyone knows who handles what.
Can you move our email, files, or systems to the cloud?
Yes. We plan and carry out Cloud Migration projects for Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Azure, and AWS. The scope includes testing, Security, a recovery plan, and a handover tailored to your team.
Do you provide 24/7 help desk support?
Human support is provided during the coverage hours agreed for your service. Automated monitoring can run around the clock for enrolled systems; response times and after-hours arrangements are defined separately.
Are hardware and software included in the price?
Your quote separates labor, hardware, software subscriptions, and any ongoing tools or services. We can help select, source, and deploy equipment, with costs agreed before purchase.
